In this tutorial i am going to use some tools which are not coded or developed by me :)
What you need ?
A lot of proxies so that you can filter them later on according to their anonymity
Its not a good idea to go to various forums & websites to copy paste proxies one by one
Download & install "Proxy Leecher" which is a tool to leech the proxies for you
Once you have got 100's of proxies its time to filter the proxies according to their anonymity so that you are only left with the high anonymous {elite proxies}
For that you need a tool again to simplify the process
"Charon" is a tool which will test 100's proxies you supplied to it with in a couple of minutes
Once charon test the proxies you can filter the list & del the non anonymous proxies & save the list of anonymous proxies.

Step 1 :::
Open "Proxy Leecher"
Click on start button which is highlighted in red in the picture
Wait for it to finish, click save once its finished.
Step 2 :::
Open "Charon"
Look in the top left hand corned & click on the open button to load the list of proxies which you have got in step 1 through proxy leecher
Once the list in loaded in charon, click on check proxies >> check anonymity of all proxies
Once charon is done checking the anonymity of all proxies, hit Filter list >> Delete Non-Anon
Now, once all non anonymous proxies are deleted you are good to go, so go to the top again & save the list of proxies by click on the save button
